Terms & Conditions
All menus are set menus, should you require a choice main course there is a €2.50 per person charge
Main course determines the menu cost, starters, desserts can be cross chosen if desired.
1. Within two weeks of making your provisional booking, anon-refundable deposit of €500 is payable to secure your booking.
2. We require an approximate estimate of the numbers attending when the booking is being confirmed. A revised number is required 1 month beforehand, while final numbers must be confirmed no later than 48 hours before the occasion. Please note that this is the number for which you will be invoiced except if the number increases, in which case the larger number will be charged for.
3. A Children’s Menu is available or, we can serve a child’s portion of the main menu for any children attending the wedding.
4. This quotation may be subject to an increase in order to cover an increase in costs over which the hotel has no control. We reserve the right to make a suitable substitution on the date in the result of a lack of raw materials. All reservations are subject to the rules and regulations of the hotel.
5. Accommodation will be offered to wedding guests at a preferential rate subject to availability. We would highly recommend that you check the availability of rooms and rates at the time of booking to avoid disappointment. In the event that rooms are booked with the wedding, we require full guarantee of these rooms one month prior to the date of the wedding.
6. The full account must be settled before departure from the hotel.
7. All prices are quoted in Euro and are fully inclusive of service charge and VAT.
